TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of anchorarrow.net (the "Website") and all astrology readings, reports, consultations, digital materials, communications, and related products or services offered through the Website (collectively, the "Services") by Anchor & Arrow Astrology, referred to in these Terms as "Anchor & Arrow Astrology," "Company," "we," "us," or "our."

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website, creating an account, scheduling or purchasing a Service, checking an acceptance box, or otherwise using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, you must not access, purchase, or use the Services; if you use the Services on behalf of an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization or person to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to purchase or use the Services; by using the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements; the Services are not directed to children, and persons under 18 may not submit personal information, create an account, purchase a reading, or use the Services.

3. Entertainment and Personal-Reflection Purposes
All astrology readings, interpretations, reports, forecasts, birth-chart analyses, compatibility analyses, intuitive observations, and related communications are provided solely for entertainment, spiritual exploration, and personal-reflection purposes; astrology is not scientifically established as a method for predicting events or determining outcomes; readings are subjective interpretations and may differ among practitioners; no statement made through the Services is a representation, warranty, promise, guarantee, or assurance about the past, present, or future; you remain solely responsible for evaluating all information and making your own decisions.

4. No Professional Advice
The Services do not constitute and must not be used as medical, mental-health, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, real-estate, relationship, safety, or other licensed professional advice; Anchor & Arrow Astrology is not acting as your physician, therapist, attorney, accountant, financial adviser, fiduciary, emergency responder, or other licensed professional; you must consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions involving health, treatment, medication, mental health, legal rights, finances, investments, taxes, employment, personal safety, or other consequential matters; never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of an astrology reading.

5. Emergencies and Crisis Situations
The Services are not emergency, crisis-intervention, or suicide-prevention services; if you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or at risk of self-harm or violence, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately; do not rely on the Website, an astrology reading, email, messaging, or scheduling system for emergency assistance.

6. No Guaranteed Results
Anchor & Arrow Astrology does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, usefulness, timing, or outcome of any reading, interpretation, forecast, or recommendation; dates, events, personality descriptions, relationship observations, career observations, and other interpretations may not occur or may not apply to you; individual experiences and results vary; dissatisfaction with an interpretation or the failure of an anticipated event to occur does not establish that a Service was defective or improperly performed.

7. Client Information and Birth Data
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including names, dates, times, locations of birth, time zones, and relevant background information; readings based on inaccurate, incomplete, estimated, or unavailable information may differ materially from readings based on verified information; you represent that you have the legal right and any required permission to provide information concerning another person; you must not submit confidential, medical, financial, government-identification, account-access, or other highly sensitive information unless expressly requested and reasonably necessary; we are not responsible for errors or outcomes caused by information you provide.

8. Orders, Scheduling, and Availability
All orders and appointment requests are subject to acceptance and availability; receipt of an order confirmation does not require us to provide a Service when payment fails, information is incomplete, the request violates these Terms, or fulfillment would be unlawful, unsafe, abusive, impracticable, or outside the advertised scope of the Service; we may reject or cancel an order and issue any refund required by applicable law; delivery dates, appointment times, and response times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise; delays caused by illness, emergencies, technology failures, payment processors, communications providers, inaccurate customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

9. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time before purchase; you agree to pay the price, applicable taxes, and disclosed fees presented when you submit an order; you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide; you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method; you remain responsible for chargebacks, reversals, or collection costs arising from an unauthorized or improper payment to the extent permitted by law; payment-card information may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Recurring Charges
Unless a checkout page expressly identifies a purchase as a subscription, purchases are one-time transactions; any subscription or recurring plan must disclose its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, material limitations, and cancellation method before enrollment; by affirmatively enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation; cancellation will govern future renewals and will not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout; recurring billing will be administered in compliance with applicable federal and state requirements, including legally required disclosures, consent, and cancellation rights; if these Terms conflict with a mandatory subscription disclosure presented at checkout, the checkout disclosure controls for that transaction.

11. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Unless a different policy is conspicuously disclosed before purchase, you may cancel or reschedule a live appointment without charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice through the contact method listed on the Website; appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law because time was reserved and may not be recoverable; if you arrive late, the session may end at the originally scheduled time without a price reduction; personalized readings, completed consultations, downloaded products, delivered recordings, and custom written reports are final and nonrefundable once performance or delivery has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise; if we cancel a paid appointment and do not provide an acceptable rescheduled time, our maximum obligation is to refund the amount paid for the canceled Service; nothing in this section restricts nonwaivable cancellation, refund, or consumer rights.

12. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us in good faith and provide a reasonable opportunity to address a billing error or failure to deliver; this requirement does not restrict any nonwaivable right to dispute an unauthorized or erroneous charge; knowingly making a false or fraudulent chargeback claim may result in suspension of Services and recovery of amounts lawfully owed, including reasonable costs where permitted by law.

13. Client Conduct
You must use the Website and Services lawfully and respectfully; you must not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, exploit, impersonate, or abuse any person; you must not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or deceptive content; you must not attempt to obtain information concerning another person through coercion, fraud, or invasion of privacy; you must not interfere with Website security, introduce malware, scrape or harvest data, probe for vulnerabilities, circumvent access controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the Website, or use automated systems without written authorization; you must not use a reading to facilitate violence, self-harm, abuse, stalking, discrimination, fraud, criminal activity, or another person's exploitation.

14. Refusal or Termination of Service
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created a safety or security risk, engaged in abusive or fraudulent conduct, requested prohibited subject matter, or exposed us or another person to legal liability; where reasonably practicable, prepaid fees for Services not provided will be refunded unless the termination resulted from the user's material violation, fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful conduct and retention is permitted by law; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute provisions, and general contractual terms.

15. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original text, graphics, branding, logos, reading formats, reports, recordings, videos, photographs, downloads, course materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Anchor & Arrow Astrology and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws; subject to these Terms and full payment, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use purchased materials for your private, noncommercial use; you may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, train an artificial-intelligence system on, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission; no ownership rights are transferred to you.

16. User Submissions and Testimonials
You retain ownership of content you voluntarily submit; you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the Website, provide the requested Services, maintain records, enforce these Terms, and comply with law; we will not publicly use your private reading, name, likeness, or testimonial for advertising without your separate authorization; reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain knowingly false claims, confidential information, infringement, or unlawful content; compensation, discounts, gifts, or other material connections associated with a testimonial must be clearly disclosed; we will not condition an incentive on a positive sentiment; we may moderate unlawful or policy-violating content but will not misrepresent a curated set of reviews as all reviews received.

17. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms; by providing contact information, you consent to receive transactional communications relating to purchases, appointments, account security, and customer service; marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by law, and you may withdraw marketing consent through the stated unsubscribe method; withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent communications necessary to fulfill an order, address security, collect lawful payments, or provide legally required notices; internet communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you should not send unnecessary sensitive information.

18. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may depend on or link to third-party payment processors, schedulers, video platforms, email services, hosting providers, social-media platforms, or other websites; third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, processing, conduct, or policies; a link or integration does not constitute endorsement; the foregoing does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places directly and nonwaivably upon us.

19. Website Availability
The Website and Services may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or other reasons; we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability; we may correct descriptions, typographical errors, pricing errors, or technical inaccuracies; if a material pricing error affects an unfulfilled purchase, we may cancel the transaction and refund the affected payment rather than fulfill it at the erroneous price.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, READINGS, AND ALL RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY; ANCHOR & ARROW ASTROLOGY DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE; WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT, PREDICT EVENTS, BE FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR REMAIN AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES; SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

21. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily choose to receive and consider astrology-based content; you understand that personal interpretations can evoke emotional reactions and that decisions based on such content may have personal, relational, professional, legal, medical, or financial consequences; to the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the ordinary risks associated with relying on subjective entertainment and personal-reflection content; this assumption of risk does not apply to risks or liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred or waived.

22. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANCHOR & ARROW ASTROLOGY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE; TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ANCHOR & ARROW ASTROLOGY FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR $100; THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE; THEY DO NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE WHERE IT CANNOT BE LIMITED, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY WHERE EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED, VIOLATION OF NONWAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED; IF A JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW A PARTICULAR LIMITATION, THAT LIMITATION WILL APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

23. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anchor & Arrow Astrology and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, damages, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, infringement or misappropriation of another person's rights, unauthorized submission of another person's information, fraud, or willful misconduct; this obligation does not require you to indemnify any protected party for that party's own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which indemnification is prohibited; we may control the defense of an indemnified claim, and you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes obligations on us without our written consent.

24. Dispute Notice and Informal Resolution
Before filing a lawsuit arising from these Terms or the Services, the complaining party must send a written notice describing the claim, supporting facts, requested relief, and contact information; the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days after receipt; this section does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief, filing an eligible small-claims action, preserving a claim before a limitation period expires, or contacting a government agency; notices to Anchor & Arrow Astrology must be delivered to the mailing or email address stated in Section 32.

25. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles; subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in [INSERT COUNTY, STATE]; this provision does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or remedies available under the law of the consumer's jurisdiction that cannot be contractually waived.

26. Limitation Period
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising from the Website, Services, or these Terms must be commenced within one year after the claimant knew or reasonably should have known of the facts giving rise to the claim; claims not brought within that period are permanently barred; this section does not shorten a limitation period when doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

27. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, send a written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature; submit the notice using the contact information in Section 32; we may remove or restrict content while evaluating a sufficiently detailed complaint.

28. Changes to Services
We may modify prices, descriptions, formats, practitioners, operating hours, and available Services prospectively; changes will not materially reduce a Service already purchased without an appropriate remedy, such as comparable performance, rescheduling, account credit accepted by you, or a refund where required; we may discontinue offerings that have not yet been purchased without liability.

29. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date; changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise; material changes will be communicated through a reasonably conspicuous Website notice, account notice, or email when required; changes will not retroactively alter a dispute that arose before the revised Terms became effective without the affected user's affirmative agreement; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law, but renewed affirmative consent will be obtained when required.

30. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, governmental action, war, civil unrest, labor disruption, utility failure, internet or telecommunications outage, platform failure, cyberattack not caused by failure to use reasonable safeguards, or the incapacity or emergency of a practitioner; this provision does not excuse payment obligations already due or any refund obligation imposed by law; the affected party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the delay.

31. General Provisions
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and transaction-specific disclosures presented at checkout constitute the entire agreement concerning the Services and supersede prior discussions concerning the same subject; if a conflict exists, a transaction-specific disclosure controls for that transaction, followed by these Terms and then the Privacy Policy, except that mandatory law always controls; failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver; a waiver must be in writing and signed by the waiving party; if a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is impossible, and the remainder will remain in effect; headings are for convenience only; you may not assign these Terms without our written consent, while we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or sale of the business, subject to applicable law; no agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship is created; provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will survive.

32. Contact Information
Questions, complaints, cancellation notices, legal notices, and copyright notices should be sent to: Anchor & Arrow Astrology; website: anchorarrow.net

33. Affirmative Consent
By checking the acceptance box and completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you had a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms; you agree to conduct the transaction electronically; you consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy; you acknowledge that astrology Services are for entertainment, spiritual exploration, and personal reflection rather than professional advice; you authorize the disclosed payment, including recurring payments only when expressly identified and separately accepted at checkout; you may retain a copy of these Terms by printing or saving them.
